Despite a series of knock backs he becomes Great Britain’s first Olympic ski-jumper, reluctantly aided by former champ Bronson Peary (Jackman) as his coach. Suddenly an unlikely national hero Eddie is unwavering in his quest to reach the 1988 Calgary Winter Games whether he wins or loses…

Taron Egerton stars as Eddie and Hugh Jackman as coach Peary. The film is directed by Dexter Fletcher (Sunshine on Leith) and produced by Matthew Vaughn and also stars Tim McInnerny, Keith Allen, Christopher Walken and Jim Broadbent.
