The London Snow Show returns to Olympia London on 17–18 October 2026, and this year’s event is a particularly significant one: it is the 50th edition of the show.

For anyone in the UK who loves skiing or snowboarding, it is a chance to start thinking seriously about the season ahead, whether that means choosing a new resort, checking out the latest equipment, getting ski-fit or simply soaking up some mountain atmosphere before the lifts start turning.

There is plenty happening across the two days, with destinations, ski companies, equipment brands, expert speakers and a host of activities all under one roof.

Plan Your Next Ski Holiday

One of the biggest attractions is the opportunity to talk directly to ski resorts, tourism organisations, tour operators and travel companies.

Exhibitors include destinations such as Andorra, Aosta Valley, Arlberg, Baqueira Beret, Colorado, Cortina, Hakuba, Park City, Piemonte, Ski Utah, Sölden & Gurgl and the Scandinavian Mountains, alongside operators including Crystal Ski Holidays, Inghams and Sunweb.

The Destinations Theatre, sponsored by OnTheSnow, is also worth checking out if you’re undecided about where to go this winter. The programme includes sessions looking at destinations including Georgia, the American Rockies, Japan, France and Austria, as well as an Ikon Pass session.

It’s a good opportunity to discover somewhere different rather than simply returning to the same resort you’ve visited for years.

Check Out The Latest Ski And Snowboard Kit

The show remains a good place to see what’s new in equipment, clothing and technology.

Brands exhibiting include CARV, Panda Optics, Ski~Mojo and Snow+Rock, alongside a range of other equipment and specialist companies.

The Equipment & Instruction Theatre, sponsored by CARV, takes things further with practical sessions on equipment, technique and mountain safety.

The programme includes equipment talks and demos, CARV sessions, an All Mountain Pro session, a servicing masterclass, an introduction to avalanches and the Fall-Line Gear Guide Live.

So if you’re thinking about buying new skis, boots or other equipment before the season, this is one area where it is worth allowing plenty of time.

Get Yourself Ski-Fit

The Fitness & Mindset Stage is aimed at getting visitors ready for the physical demands of skiing and snowboarding.

Sessions cover areas including ski fitness, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition and wellbeing, with advice intended to help everyone from first-time skiers to those heading into their 50th season.

It’s easy to spend the summer thinking that you’ll get fit before your ski holiday and then discover that December has arrived. The show provides plenty of motivation to actually start preparing.

Hear Stories From The Mountains

The Mountain Theatre, sponsored by InTheSnow, is where you’ll find some of the show’s bigger names and headline sessions.

The programme brings together elite athletes, adventurers, the Whiteout Skiing Podcast LIVE, industry experts and mountain personalities, with talks covering experiences in the mountains, travel and practical advice.

It’s also one of the parts of the show where it’s worth simply finding a seat and seeing who’s on stage, rather than planning every minute of your visit.

Look at the Future of Skiing

Climate change and sustainability have become increasingly important topics for the ski industry, and the 2026 show has a dedicated Climate Action Stage, sponsored by Protect Our Winters UK.

Among Saturday’s sessions are discussions about collaboration, night-train travel to ski resorts, careers in the outdoors and the changing landscape of the Pyrenees.

For skiers who are interested in how the industry can become more sustainable — and what the future of skiing might look like — this should be one of the interesting areas of the show.

Ski Fashion Makes a Return

After being part of the show’s history, the Snow Show Fashion Show returns for the 50th edition.

Sponsored by Snow+Rock, it will showcase the latest ski and snowboard clothing, combining technical performance with the increasingly important fashion side of mountain clothing.

Have a Taste of Après-Ski

The Longhouse Après Ski Bar, sponsored by Norway – Home of Skiing, provides somewhere to escape the exhibition stands for a while.

There will be live music and an Alpine/Norwegian atmosphere, making it a place to meet friends, grab a drink and get into the après-ski mood — even if the nearest mountain is several hundred miles away.

There’s Plenty For Families Too

The Snow Show isn’t just aimed at hardcore skiers.

The 2026 attractions include a Family Fun Zone, VR Snowball Experience, Ski Simulator, Nordic & Biathlon Experience, Red Bull Hang-out and Alpine Food Court. There’s also the Warren Smith Ski Technique Lab 2.0 for anyone wanting to work on their skiing.

Children are welcome, with dedicated child and family tickets available, while children under five can attend free with the appropriate ticket.

Who Is Exhibiting?

There is a particularly broad range of exhibitors this year.

Alongside the resorts and holiday companies are organisations including the Ski Club of Great Britain, Disability Snowsport UK, National Schools Snowsports Association and Snow Camp.

There are also specialist exhibitors covering ski technology, equipment, photography, art, Nordic skiing, ski touring and winter careers.

That variety means the show should appeal to quite a wide range of visitors — from someone booking their first ski holiday to experienced skiers looking for new equipment or a different destination.

Our Take

For UK skiers, the appeal of the London Snow Show is that you can make it as much of a planning day or a day out as you want.

If you’re booking a ski holiday, spend your time talking to resorts and tour operators. If you’re buying kit, head for the equipment exhibitors and gear sessions. If you’re already sorted for winter, there are plenty of talks, activities, fashion, food and après-ski entertainment to make the trip worthwhile.

And with the show celebrating its 50th edition, 2026 looks set to be a particularly big one. See you there!
